It uses a solar panel to automatically Recharge (when plugged in). The system pumps in water from a tub / reservoir.
Please regularly check that this water source it filled up with clean water to avoid damaging the watering pump system. A great solution when you can not use a timer on a tap or have no outdoor tap.
